What Is IR Selects?

IndieReader Selects™ is IndieReader's new review service and distribution program, combining the selling power of the independent bookstore with the vast community of self-published authors. This new program will provide an easy, cost-effective and efficient way for booksellers to stock and sell branded, self-published books and for indie authors to get onto the shelves of indie bookstores.

 

Tony  Deblauwe

Tony Deblauwe, founder of HR4Change and has an extensive background working with individuals and corporations in the areas of organizational design, human resources management, leadership, and development. A certified coach, he received his Masters degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources from the University of San Francisco, and he has written articles for several trade publications including the Northern California Human Resources Association and CareerSource magazine.

He manages Work Babble, a blog about workplace and career topics. He is a regular contributor to social networking sites Brazen Careerist, and TrackAhead. He heads the Innovation Committee for Career Directors International and is heavily involved with a local chapter of the National Organizational Development Network. In addition to books, Tony developed an iPhone app called iPocket Coach which provides scripts for managers to address common workplace communications. Tony lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
